U.S. Virgin Islands

Fact Sheets.

We have recently (2005) digitized the old VI fact sheets produced in the 1970's when Fish and Wildlife was part of the Department of Conservation and Cultural Affairs (DCCA).  Since then much of the information contained them has changed.  These fact sheets do have, however, historical significance and have been placed on this website to provide the reader with an idea of the environmental history of the US Virgin Islands.

Our current fact sheets include information about local animals and environments found in the U.S. Virgin Islands. These have been produced by funds from Wildlife Conservation and Restoration Program, Aquatic Education, and Hunter Education programs.  These sheets are available as PDF documents files.  A free version of Acrobat reader can be downloaded from here.
